who is zeppelin
Zeppelin Zeerip is a filmmaker, small business owner, and community advocate running to put working people, public lands, and local communities back at the center of our politics.
He’s spent the last decade building a values-driven film production company in Utah, creating jobs, telling stories that matter, and working alongside people who live with the real consequences of decisions made at the Capitol. Now, he’s stepping into public service to fight for affordability, healthcare, public lands, and a democracy that works for people instead of corporations.
WHY I’M RUNNING
I’m running because too many people are doing everything right and still falling behind.
I’m running because our public lands are being treated like bargaining chips instead of the backbone of our identity and economy.
I’m running because our democracy is being drowned out by corporate money while regular people are told to wait their turn.
I don’t come from political insiders or special interests. I come from a working family, a public school upbringing, and a small business built from the ground up. I know what it means to make payroll, to navigate healthcare costs, and to plan a future that feels increasingly out of reach.
My mom taught me that leadership means protecting people who don’t have power and standing up when it would be easier not to.
That’s what I intend to do.
This campaign is about affordability, dignity, and preserving the places and communities that make Utah home. It’s about bringing real voices back into government and making sure our laws work for the people who live here, not just the ones who can afford access.
If you believe in protecting public lands, strengthening local economies, and building a future where families can actually get ahead, I’d be honored to earn your support.
Together, we can build something better.
